After Windows 11 Upgrade - Notepad Problem

I’ve recently upgraded to Windows 11 and have a problem with Notepad behavior.

It comes a new feature to restore the previous session/content which is good actually. Its like Notepad++. If you didn’t save the content before, it keeps and restore the content when the Notepad starts again.

Okay, where is the problem? I have 7-Zip (or some other compressed) file with password protection. My 7-Zip file contains text file. These text files opens with Notepad. After entering my password and reveal the content if the Notepad setting is set to “Open content from the previous session”, the next time Notepad opens, voila! the content is still there. Maybe they are passwords, maybe other sensitive content, maybe I just don’t want Microsoft to see them.

I don’t know this is a security bug or not but I really am not comfortable with this option so I set it as “Open a new window”. I think it is pure luck to come across this.
